When the global financial crisis took hold in 2008, within a matter of months the booming property markets across the world came tumbling down. While many young businessmen gave up and turned away from the property sector, I decided to persevere. It was a decision that was to pay dividends. After many innovative ideas that helped us sail through the recession, I’m delighted to see a new property cycle now beginning, with markets across the globe picking up once again after a global price correction.

The lessons I learned through the murky waters of the global financial crisis have helped me to become the astute property investment professional I am today. Growth is a process of evolution and both as individuals and businesses we often learn the most important lessons not through success but in times of difficulty.

One Investments has been born of the skills and expertise I have developed during my property investment career, which started with the vision of delivering a a first of its kind specialist property investment service for today’s modern property investor. The property market is amongst the most secure investment environments and has helped me develop a lucrative business and secure income from passive investments. Now I want to share my expertise, helping others to profit from my strategies.

Over the last five years my team and I have successfully overseen transactions worth over £350 million and delivered what the market acknowledged as some of the most attractive property investment opportunities of recent times. The key to success in the property market is timing and our track record demonstrates that we are the masters of timing – consistently one step ahead of the property curve.
