Role Overview
We are seeking a senior, commercially driven leader to build, structure, and scale our Residential Secondary Sales Division from the ground up. The Head of Secondary Sales will operate as a business unit leader, responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing team of brokers while driving sustainable revenue growth across the residential resale segment.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of team performance, operational structure, culture, and profitability — establishing a scalable, performance-led division within a competitive Dubai market.
Primary Mandate: Build & Lead the Division
- Design and implement the structure of the secondary sales department.
- Recruit, onboard, and train brokers aligned with high-performance expectations.
- Establish clear KPIs, activity metrics, and revenue benchmarks.
- Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and results.
- Develop leadership layers and succession planning as the division scales.
Broker Management & Performance Leadership
- Lead daily and weekly structured sales meetings.
- Conduct detailed pipeline and conversion reviews.
- Monitor broker KPIs including:
- Listings secured
- Viewings conducted
- Offers negotiated
- Deals closed
- Conversion ratios
- Implement clear performance management frameworks.
- Coach underperformers and elevate top producers.
- Enforce accountability and professional standards across the team.
Recruitment & Talent Development
- Proactively recruit experienced brokers and emerging talent.
- Create and oversee a structured onboarding programme.
- Deliver ongoing sales, negotiation, and market training.
- Develop senior brokers into future team leaders.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative culture.
Operational Framework & Compliance
- Implement disciplined CRM usage and reporting standards.
- Standardise listing processes and quality control.
- Ensure full compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.
- Oversee correct execution of Form A, B, and F documentation.
- Create SOPs for deal progression from listing to transfer.
- Work closely with marketing and admin teams to support broker success.
Revenue Accountability & P&L Ownership
- Take full ownership of division revenue performance.
- Monitor margins and operational cost efficiency.
- Improve broker productivity and transaction values.
- Drive consistent month-on-month revenue growth.
- Report directly to senior leadership on division performance.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Dubai real estate.
- 4+ years in a senior leadership role managing brokers within secondary residential sales.
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling a brokerage team.
- Strong commercial and operational management capability.
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed revenue targets.
- In-depth understanding of Dubai Land Department and RERA frameworks.
- Valid RERA certification required.

Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive base salary up to AED 50,000 per month (dependent on experience and proven track record).
- Generous override commission on total team revenue, directly rewarding division growth and broker productivity.
