Wynn Al Marjan Island has introduced two of its most exclusive residences yet, the Mayfair Apartment and Paris Apartment. Located at the top of the resort’s 70 storey Resort Tower, the two seven bedroom residences each span 1,460 square metres and offer private living spaces with views of the Arabian Gulf and Hajar Mountains.
Both apartments form part of Enclave, Wynn Al Marjan Island’s private boutique hotel experience. Designed for guests seeking greater privacy and personalised service, Enclave will feature 313 suites across the upper levels of the Resort Tower and other private accommodation areas.
The Paris Apartment was designed by Paris-based Pinto, drawing inspiration from a private residence created for an international collector and frequent traveller. The two-level residence combines bespoke furniture, artwork and collected objects, with grand columns, glass surfaces, hand-painted murals and artisan lighting creating a distinctive interior.
The Mayfair Apartment, designed by London-based Anouska Hempel Design, takes inspiration from some of London’s most established private residences. Its interiors feature detailed millwork, lacquered panelling, green marble and gilded finishes, with jewel-toned green used throughout the residence.
Both apartments have been designed to feel more like private homes than traditional hotel accommodation. Each includes seven bedrooms, multiple entertaining areas, private bars, dining spaces and dedicated areas for gatherings.
Guests will also have access to dining, spa treatments, salon services and entertainment within their own residence. The dedicated service is designed to provide a private experience without requiring guests to move through the resort’s shared areas.
Enclave will have its own guarded arrival drive, private lobby and dedicated elevators. Wynn Al Marjan Island also plans to limit the number of suites on each floor, adding to the privacy of the accommodation.
The Mayfair and Paris Apartments sit at the highest accommodation levels of the Resort Tower, alongside other Enclave offerings including Townhomes, Marina Estates and Ocean Estates.
Their introduction adds another high-end accommodation option to Wynn Al Marjan Island ahead of its opening. For the emirate, the addition further strengthens its position as a growing destination for high-end tourism and luxury real estate.
