Ras Al Khaimah records $210m investment in H1 2026

RAK is steadily becoming one of the UAE’s most attractive destinations for businesses and investors. The emirate recorded more than AED771.5 million ($210 million) in capital investment during the first half of 2026, reflecting growing confidence in its business environment.

Between January and June, 967 new establishments were registered, while 1,399 investors from 68 nationalities entered the market. The figures highlight the emirate’s increasing appeal to international investors and businesses looking to establish a presence in the UAE.

Ras Al Khaimah issued or renewed 9,963 commercial licences during the first half of the year. Its free zones also continued to attract new businesses, with 138 establishments joining during the period.

A further 70 branches were opened by local and international companies, adding to the emirate’s growing business base.

The latest figures include:
