Dubai has once again strengthened its reputation as one of the world’s safest cities, achieving exceptional public safety ratings in the 2025 Security Quality of Life Survey.
According to the survey, Dubai recorded a 99.9% daytime safety perception score, while 98.7% of residents reported feeling safe walking alone at night. Public confidence in police stations also remained exceptionally strong at 96.2%, contributing to Dubai Police’s overall 98.2% score in the Security Quality of Life Index.
Beyond maintaining one of the highest safety ratings globally, Dubai Police continued to advance its digital transformation throughout 2025. More than 218 million digital transactions were processed during the year, with a 97.7% digital adoption rate, reflecting the widespread use of online government services. Customer satisfaction with these digital channels also remained high, reaching 96.9%.
The organisation also scored 93.3% in the Future Readiness and Innovation Index, underlining its focus on adopting advanced technologies, strengthening institutional capabilities and preparing for future security challenges.
During 2025, Dubai Police handled 6.9 million emergency and non-emergency calls, demonstrating its ability to respond efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Its achievements were also recognised internationally, with the force receiving 51 awards, including 12 international honours, reflecting its leadership in policing, innovation and public service.
