Wynn Resorts and Marjan have reached a major milestone with Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE’s first fully integrated resort. The tower has officially topped out at 283 meters across 70 floors, just 27 months after construction began. When the spire is added in 2026, the building will reach 352 meters, making it the tallest structure in Ras Al Khaimah by over 100 meters.
All 1,530 guest accommodations are now structurally complete, and interior work is underway in 1,504 rooms and suites. The tower’s concrete frame is finished, 79% of the facade is installed, and the surrounding low-rise buildings have reached 99% structural completion. With the main structure done, the project is now focused on interior fit-outs, including rooms, suites, dining areas, and public spaces.
Once completed Wynn Al Marjan Island will offer:
- 1,217 resort rooms and 297 Enclave suites
- Two Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates
- 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a beach club, and a luxury spa
- A skylit shopping area with top international brands
Leaders from Wynn Resorts, Wynn Design & Development, and Marjan marked the milestone at the top of the tower, with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Guests poured the final concrete and received commemorative steel bars as keepsakes.
