Its aviation network ranks among the strongest globally, with eight international airports, six national carriers, and connections to over 600 destinations. This extensive infrastructure contributes to the country’s high Accessibility & Infrastructure score of 88.2 out of 100, making it one of the easiest places to travel to and explore.
Affordability and value are equally important. While property prices in the UAE are not the lowest, the market offers exceptional value for buyers seeking larger spaces or higher levels of luxury compared with many cities in Europe or the USA.
The Affordability & Value score of 68.1 out of 100 reflects this balance. Investors also benefit from policies such as 100 percent foreign ownership, zero property taxes, and long-term residency options through the Golden Visa programme, further strengthening the UAE’s appeal.
