Wynn Al Marjan progresses steadily toward 2027 opening

Wynn Al Marjan Island continues to take shape as one of the region’s most anticipated hospitality landmarks. The 305-metre hotel tower is now nearing its full height, having reached its 70th floor, with topping out expected by late November 2025. This progress keeps the project firmly on track for its planned spring 2027 debut.

Exterior works are advancing steadily, with more than 19,000 façade panels installed around 73% of the total. The surrounding low-rise buildings are also approaching completion, with concrete and steel structures now 97% finished. Installation of facades, lifts, escalators, and interior components continues across the development.

The resort’s accommodation offering is moving into its final stages of delivery. Out of 1,530 rooms, suites, townhomes, and Marina Estates, structural work is complete for 1,526 units, representing almost the entire inventory. Interior fit-out has already begun in 1,504 units, marking strong progress as the resort prepares for the next phase of development.

A standout addition to the project is Coral Court, the new Events and Celebrations Centre. Spanning 7,700 square metres, the venue is designed for weddings, large-scale gatherings, and global conferences.

It features a column-free Grand Ballroom, six meeting rooms, dedicated bridal and groom salons, prayer rooms, and an ocean-facing event lawn. The interiors are shaped by a calm, neutral palette and generous natural light, creating a refined setting for memorable occasions.

The resort has also unveiled the first look at its culinary programme. Among the 22 planned restaurants, lounges, and bars is a French-American steakhouse by chef Alain Ducasse, alongside Delilah, the celebrated supper club concept from Wynn Las Vegas and The h.wood Group. These openings signal a dining collection positioned to become one of the region’s most compelling.

Set across 60 hectares, Wynn Al Marjan Island will offer an extensive mix of accommodations including 1,217 resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, two Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates.

The lifestyle experience will be anchored by a beach club, luxury spa, skylit shopping promenade, The Showroom theatre, 12 pools, a 420-metre beach, and a deep-water marina designed for superyachts.
