Following the success of DAMAC Islands 1, which sold AED 10 billion worth of properties in just 24 hours, DAMAC Islands 2 continues to attract strong investor interest. The community will feature six-bedroom villas of 583 square meters, five-bedroom twin villas of 324 square meters, five-bedroom townhouses of 293 and 263 square meters, and four-bedroom townhouses of 203 square meters.
To mark the launch, DAMAC also introduced a global competition, ‘The Ultimate Islander,’ offering the winner a chance to live and work on one of the islands.
