Ras Al Khaimah is rapidly emerging as a leading destination for luxury living and high-value investment, attracting both residents and global investors. In a significant step toward this vision, Marjan, the master developer of the emirate’s flagship destinations, has partnered with OMNIYAT to launch a new ultra-luxury development on Marjan Beach.
OMNIYAT, known for creating premium beachfront properties in mixed-use waterfront destinations, makes its debut in Ras Al Khaimah with this project. The collaboration comes shortly after OMNIYAT celebrated its 20th anniversary, marking two decades of innovative design and architectural excellence across Dubai’s skyline.
The project will be developed on a 36,600 sq. m prime beachfront plot at Marjan Beach, with over 250 meters of coastline, located opposite Wynn Al Marjan Island. The development will offer panoramic views of Ras Al Khaimah’s natural landscapes and is scheduled for completion by 2030.
Marjan Beach, a mixed-use waterfront destination, is designed to align with Ras Al Khaimah’s Vision 2030. It will feature eight distinct neighbourhoods, 22,000 residential units, and 12,000 luxury hotel keys.Â
The destination, which can accommodate 74,000 residents and a workforce of 32,000, stretches across three kilometers of pristine beachfront and 6.5 million sq. ft of open green space. With a capacity to welcome up to 180,000 visitors annually, Marjan Beach offers a connected, walkable coastal lifestyle while positioning Ras Al Khaimah as a sustainable investment hub and premier tourism gateway.
