Renowned for pushing the boundaries of design and luxury, DAMAC Properties has reached a major milestone with the topping out of Cavalli Tower, its AED 1 billion ($272 million) ultra-luxury residential development in Dubai Marina.
The tower is the world’s first to feature interiors by the iconic Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli, blending fashion, art, and architecture into a landmark that will define Dubai’s skyline. Handover is now on track for the end of next year.
Rising 71 storeys, Cavalli Tower features 436 meticulously designed residences, including one- to five-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and five-bedroom penthouses. Award-winning architect Shaun Killa, known for Dubai’s Museum of the Future, led the design, while Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors curated bespoke interiors
The topping-out ceremony marked the completion of the tower’s superstructure, with the final concrete pour on the 71st floor. Substructure works are complete, with internal and external finishes now progressing.
Dubai Real Estate Momentum
Cavalli Tower’s topping out came at a time when Dubai’s property market was setting records, with sales of more than AED 525 billion in the first ten months of 2025, driven by high demand for branded residences and waterfront properties.
The road ahead
Launched in September 2021, Cavalli Tower embodies the bold glamour of the Cavalli brand. DAMAC’s 2019 acquisition of Roberto Cavalli S.p.A. reinforces its commitment to merging global fashion heritage with world-class real estate.
