Return Policy
We understand that you might need to return a product, and we’ve streamlined the process to make it easier. Here’s everything you need to know:
• Assembled furniture, used, altered, or installed products cannot be returned or refunded unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed at inspection. In such cases, we may offer repairs or replacements at our discretion.
• Bedding, mattresses, bath products, kids’ items, pillows, sheets, comforters, bed-in-a-bag sets, duvets, duvet covers, memory foam, towels, and bathrobes are non-returnable once opened.
• Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear cannot be returned, even under warranty.
• We do not offer exchanges for color or size. A new order must be placed after a return.
• Furniture items cannot be returned or refunded once received, assembled, and signed off by the customer. If you experience any damage, breakage, or malfunction, please reach out to us immediately—resolving your concerns is our priority.
• Accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and include all accessories, gifts, warranty cards, and the invoice.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
• Return collection may take 5-10 business days.
Return Procedures
Some items can’t be returned; please check our Returns Policy for details on products that are not eligible for returns.
Pack your items in their original packaging, together with the invoice or order number and then contact us. We will organise collection by scheduling a pick-up call.
Refund Options
• Refunds are issued for verified manufacturing defects.
• Credit/Debit Card refunds: Processed within 7-15 business days, depending on your bank.
