Dubai continues to grow as a global city, and its coastline is becoming one of its most important lifestyle destinations. The latest example of this is HADO, a new beachfront residential project launched by Beyond developments on Dubai Islands.
HADO is built along a white sandy beach and is part of a six kilometre shoreline. The area is designed so that residents can enjoy the sea, walk easily around the neighbourhood, and live in a calm and open environment.
HADO has three residential towers, each with 21 floors. The project will include 678 homes, with one- to four-bedroom apartments, duplex homes, and penthouses. The expected handover is in the third quarter of 2029.
The homes are designed with soft colours, natural materials, and warm wood finishes. The style is simple, clean, and modern, inspired by Japanese design that focuses on calm and balance.
More than just homes, HADO also offers lifestyle facilities for residents. At ground level, there will be 14 small retail shops with cafés, dining, and lifestyle services.
