Launched under the directives of Sheikh Rashid and supervised by Sheikh Hamdan, the event will take place at Expo City Dubai from December 7 to 11, 2026. It will transform Dubai into a year-end global destination for innovation, investment, and lifestyle.
To drive this initiative, the Dubai World Trade Centre and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism have formed a strategic partnership. Through this collaboration, GITEX will tap into Dubai’s world-class tourism and cultural networks to create experiences that bring together technology, creativity, and entertainment.
GITEX TechCation aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), which aims to place Dubai among the world’s top three cities by 2033. By embedding the world’s largest tech and investor community into Dubai’s tourism and cultural landscape, the event will attract global talent, strengthen foreign investment, and reinforce the emirate’s position as a hub for innovation and enterprise.
