Ras Al Khaimah, one of the UAE’s fastest-growing destinations, has been steadily gaining attention for its mix of natural beauty and ambitious developments. Over the past few years, it has also been making a name for itself as a hub for tourism and investment.
Soon, it will be home to one of the region’s most exciting projects, the $5.1 billion Wynn Al Marjan Island resort, opening in Spring 2027.
Recently, Wynn Resorts revealed the first glimpse into what guests can expect from its dining experience. Out of the 22 restaurants planned, two world-class names have been announced: a French-American steakhouse by the celebrated chef Alain Ducasse and the iconic Delilah supper club from Las Vegas.
Alain Ducasse, one of the world’s most celebrated chefs, is bringing a new dining concept to Wynn Al Marjan Island. Set across two floors, the restaurant will blend the elegance of French cuisine with the hearty traditions of an American steakhouse. On the menu, guests can expect refined dishes like Duck Foie Gras Brioche and Cheese Soufflé, along with a signature “Beef Club” selection featuring the finest cuts of meat served with perfectly paired sauces and sides.
The restaurant will offer more than fine food, it will also bring theatre and style to the table. Guests will see chefs carving steaks and creating desserts like Baked Alaska right in front of them, turning each meal into an experience to remember.
The second venue, Delilah, will add a touch of Hollywood glamour to Ras Al Khaimah. Famous as one of the most popular supper clubs in Las Vegas, it is set to open on Al Marjan Island in a space of more than 2,000 square meters. Inspired by the style of the 1950s, Delilah will feature live music, special performances, and a lively, elegant atmosphere.
On the menu, guests can expect signature dishes like Beef Wellington and Chicken Tenders, along with new creations made using local ingredients. Cocktails will also play a big role, adding to the star-studded feel of the venue.
