Dubai, a city known for its luxury and cultural richness, remains a fascinating destination for both locals and tourists, thanks to its constantly evolving landscape. As a global hub, the city seamlessly blends tradition with modernity, solidifying its status as a top destination for travelers.

Following a series of restaurant and bar openings last year, Dubai is further enhancing its culinary scene with an exciting array of new offerings.

Discover some of the latest restaurant openings that are sure to excite your palate:

Frou Frou

Located at The Lana Promenade, Frou Frou Dubai brings the glamour of early 20th-century Paris to the city. This marks the third venue under the Frou Frou brand, with plans for another opening in Marbella, Spain. Led by Chef Leonid Ivanov, the restaurant offers a modern take on French culinary classics, all set in the heart of Business Bay.

Hanu

HANU, opening in January 2025 at St. Regis Gardens, Palm Jumeirah, is a modern Korean dining concept by Sunset Hospitality Group, led by Chef Kyung Soo Moon of SUSHISAMBA. The menu reimagines traditional Korean dishes with modern twists, including beef tartare, wagyu beef cheek, seafood ceviche, and crispy bulgogi. A standout feature is the “meat me at the grill” experience, where each table is equipped with a Korean charcoal grill.

Mūn

Mūn, a Parisian import, is set to open at J1 Beach, La Mer, offering a refined celebration of Asian cuisine in a beautiful oriental beach garden setting. As the brand’s second location, this venue promises a perfect spot for sharing plates by the sea.

Gatsby Barcelona

Gatsby Barcelona, a vibrant dinner show concept, is set to open later this year at Palm Jumeirah. Inspired by the motto “A little party never killed nobody,” this Spanish restaurant promises a glamorous and immersive dining experience with live entertainment. While the exact location remains undisclosed, the venue is expected to offer an exciting and unique night out.

Gerbou

Gerbou, meaning “welcome” in Arabic, is set to open in Nad Al Sheba. The restaurant will celebrate Arab and Emirati cuisine, positioning itself as one of the few venues in Dubai dedicated to promoting authentic Emirati flavors. This promising concept aims to enrich the city’s culinary landscape.

Crazy Horse

Crazy Horse Paris, the iconic cabaret show originating in France in the 1950s, is set to debut at Address Downtown in Dubai, marking its first performance in the GCC. Known for its lavish dance troupes, acrobats, and circus acts, the show promises an unforgettable dinner and dance experience in an intimate, theatre-like setting with crimson velvet décor.

Carbone

Founded over a decade ago in Manhattan, CARBONE has become renowned for its classic dishes, such as veal parmesan and linguine vongole. The restaurant, which has built an exceptional reputation in the United States, has attracted numerous celebrities, including Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, and Drake. In Dubai, CARBONE seeks to charm diners with its distinctive style, offering tuxedo-clad waiters and an interior inspired by the glamour of 1950s New York City.

As Dubai solidifies its reputation as a top culinary destination, the arrival of these new establishments will elevate the city’s dining scene, attracting a growing number of tourists and reinforcing its status as a global hub.
